====== Masut ======

**Masut** was a religious title granted to the top cleric of the [[Gods of Mercy]] religion. The exact meaning of the word has since been lost, but it is believed to have meant "a bridge to Gods" or "a friend of Gods".

[[aylis_family#potus|Potus Aylis]] was the first Masut of the Gods of Mercy and has formalized the title once in power. For decades all rulers of Loodon would need be Masuts, even if a secular title of king would also exist. Even [[Rondal Drofal]], informally known as the First Emperor, formally held the title of Masut.
