Dilart Must, commonly known as Dilly the Dusty Fiend, was a bandit who operated in Barzo in the 15th CSR. He was a member of several gangs that robbed New Dawn travelers and one of the most notorious outlaws of the time.

He was murdered by unknown perpetrators in 1501 SR outside of Barzo.
