+years in, the battered leftovers of the colony had received an unlikely boost of 313 refugees, who escaped their government by immigrating to the Infinite Canteen. Their destination spot just happened to be close enough to the Karmanta nomads passing by.

The influx of new people also seemed to energize the religious aspect of the community.
