New Dawn is a name given to a major wave of migration from the Duls Settlements to the east in the second half of the second revolution. It is contrasted with the Dawn, which is what the eastern migrations in the middle of the first revolution are called. The peoples of Gantolia, Yammoe and Tarnaria are the descendants of the people of the Dawn.

New Dawn begins at around 12th CSR, when first migrations from the Duls Settlements established countries.
