Utuka are an indigenous people who live in villages at the foot of Mount Louigi. They have been first featured in an unwritten novelette “Cities of the North”. In the story, an utuka named Naels finds a wounded deer on the side of Mount Louigi and carries it back to the village at the foot of the mountain. Naels is praised as a hero and the deer is feasted on by the villagers. The story is weird and has no point.
