Ginsag

Ginsag was a superhero warrior who founded the state of Ginsag. Born in the middle of the 17th CSR, he quickly became known for his extraordinary speed. He used this ability in combat to great success, and legends were told about him slaying dozens of enemies within a matter of seconds.

As leader of the state of Ginsag

A feared warrior and ruthless leader, he quickly expanded the country and installed his family members as rulers. Members of his family, even the closest ones, had to first prove that they are worthy of power. So much so, that his older brother, Maksag, was helped by a Mosont administrator Trevo Gont, who provided him with the information of a coup. When Maksag brought that information to Ginsag, it was enough for Ginsag to make Maksag into a ruler and reward him with soldiers and land.

Ginsag was the fifth child in the family. The oldest was Nalsag, his sister. He deeply respected her and she ruled Mosont. His other sister, Insag, later became the commander of the southern army and began building the city Insag. It is not known what elevated her in the eyes of Ginsag, it is possible that by this time what mattered was her coming of age.

As he became older, he rarely took part in actual battles, but he always led his armies himself.

Rivalry with Len

In the 80s of the 17th CSR Ginsag wanted to take on one of the Afanyu kingdoms. The kingdom was protected, among other things, by a superhero warrior Len. Ginsag and Len fought several times, but neither could definitively win. Eventually, they decided to not proceed with the war, although no official treaties had been signed.

Personal life

Ginsag had multiple mistresses and possibly many children, but the only child he recognized as his was his daughter Seyda. She was born in the 1780s or early 1790s. She became ruler after his death, but no accounts of her short reign survived.

A warrior all his life, Ginsag learned how to read when he was older, and was said to had been a fan of epic poetry. He wanted his biography written in the form of an epic poem that would be sung. He also issued a decree to begin writing “the great history of Ginsag, just before it overtook the world”. Although copies of the decree have been recovered, no such history was ever found.

Death and legacy

Ginsag died either in 1705 or 1706 SR.

He tried to build a system of government that would survive him, talked about his legacy often and firmly believed that Ginsag is going to become one of the most important countries to ever exist.

He paid close attention to familial relationships and always wanted to make sure that each family member pays respect to him and the country he had built. He also oversaw the families of his siblings and the families of their children, making sure that they are raising a new generation of rulers.

The state of Ginsag, however, ceased to exist only 5 years after his death.
