Not The Orcs (also known as The Fraction Society) are the indigenous people that live somewhere on or around Mount Louigi. They look exactly like orcs, but they are not the orcs, which is why they call themselves Not The Orcs. Slow Club argues that anyone who is not the orc is not the orc, but Mr. Porridge counters that anyone who is not the orc is not necessarily Not The Orc.

Not The Orcs live in tribes of 2.5 and generally prefer fractions to whole numbers. They use sabers and saws to divide creatures they meet into smaller pieces. This makes the strategy of staying away from them a very good one.

The Fraction Society population is not numerous, but brutal. They are, however, constantly being attacked by the highland midge.

Not The Orcs believe that life in general and the afterlife in particular is the battle of good against neutral, and that good will eventually be defeated, being unnecessarily idealistic and ultimately unfit for the real world.

In this context “skeletons” are meant as a force that is neither good or bad. Not The Orcs view themselves as representatives of Neutrality Morality.
