Photor

Photor is a planet in a star system near Gearth which is inhabited by an intelligent species. They are notable for being very tiny, which, coupled with the exceptionally large size of the planet and a bigger gravitational pull than Gearth, prevents them from flying into space. Their tiny size has also prevented geartheans from discovering intelligent life on Photor, a state of affairs which everyone on the planet is very content with. At the same time, photorians are incredibly advanced technologically and call themselves Stargazers, due to their advanced observation technologies, which allow them to monitor interstellar, interplanetary and planetary activities of what they call the Space Faring Civilization.
